Cancelling my TV and phone service but keep my internet.

I've been trying to cancel my TV & phone service for awhile now, having spoken to two live agents in the Xfinity app who have ensured me it was handled. However, the service charges still appear and I can't manually remove them because it's part of a package deal. Can I get someone to help me finally resolve this issue?
