Cancelling my service

Hello, I would like to cancel my service at the end of this billing cycle. I tried to do so through the chat, but then was told it was too busy and to try again later, and the phone service has extremely long wait times. I saw it is possible to do on this forum through PM but I don't even see how to PM a customer service rep. How do I PM a customer service agent so. I can go about getting my service cancelled.

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

If there is an Xfinity store near you, I highly recommend going there. I canceled Xfinity TV and had my phone unlocked in the store and it was 10 times easier than doing anything online with Comcast.
