Cancelling mobile account

Good morning. I have been paying for mobile service for several months now without ever having activated my account. I would like to cancel my mobile service effective today and receive any credits/refunds available if possible for never having actually used the service but paying for it for months.

Thanks for reaching out to us as a customer myself I would not be happy if I was charged for mobile service that I never activated. Have you tried reaching out to our awesome Xfinity mobile agents via the Xfinity app or via https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/support ?
