Cancelling mobile account

Good morning. I have been paying for mobile service for several months now without ever having activated my account. I would like to cancel my mobile service effective today and receive any credits/refunds available if possible for never having actually used the service but paying for it for months.

Thanks for reaching out to us as a customer myself I would not be happy if I was charged for mobile service that I never activated. Have you tried reaching out to our awesome Xfinity mobile agents via the Xfinity app or via https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/support ?

I’m so glad I’m not alone. TL:DR - this will be a nightmare for you and required my bank to take actions again them.

Details: This happened to me too three times this year. Good luck. I got my refunds in three ways, directly to card, through credit on my internet, and lastly when my bank went after Xfinity Mobile for illegal activities and unethical charges. It is a nightmare and took my bank to finally get things fixed. It happened again just this month and may happen again. Legal actions against Xfinity Mobile are moving forward I believe for agents signing for customers without consent (this is what happened to me on internet renewal.)

@Kelostone​ I’ll add that I’ve had over 20 conversations this year with multiple promises through written and voice and none of it matters as they will do whatever they please.
