Cancelling internet/phone services

I recently switched my internet service and need to close my Xfinity account as soon as possible. I am disabled and speaking on the phone is difficult for me, so if there's a way to do it here I would appreciate help with that. I've looked around a bit and apparently Direct Messaging should help me with what I need but I also need to make a post before DMing is available so, here's that. Thanks for reading.
