Cancelling Internet is IMPOSSIBLE
I have tried for the past 2 hours to cancel my xfinity plan. I have chatted with live agents over messages, called the 24 hour hotline and tried cancelling online. None of these three options have been successful. I am starting to become very annoyed. Why isn't there an option to cancel your internet through the app? To me, this seems like an invasion. I NEED to cancel my internet because I am moving, but, it is impossible. I tried calling the hotline, told them I needed to cancel (talking to a robot) and the robot never responded when I said I needed to cancel, so I sat there in silence for 5 minutes waiting and nothing happened. If I could just to speak to a PERSON to cancel my internet that would be enough.
