Cancelling Free Peacock Premium Account

I need to cancel my free Peacock Premium Account or disconnect it from Peacock Account, as I have Premium plus.

I have tried this, but it does not allow me to cancel a Premium account, only add a Premium Plus account. I just need to disassociate my Peacock account as I have purchased Premium Plus through another means

user_g9frjw, Just to confirm, you tried to cancel the Peacock Premium subscription on your X1 set-top box, Flex, or Xumo streaming box? Have you tried the Xfinity Stream Store page by signing in to this link here? (xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions) Once you click on this page, you’ll reach our Subscription Hub, where you can easily activate and manage your streaming subscriptions. Here are the steps below. Please let us know if this helps.

 

 
  1. Go to the Xfinity StreamStore page and sign in.
  2. Click on the **Peacock** tile.
  3. Select the **Premium Premium** tile, then click **Remove**.
  4. Ensure the **Premium** tile is highlighted and click **Update Cart**.
  5. Review the changes and check the box to approve.
  6. Click **Submit Order** to complete the cancellation.

Is there an answer yet? I last heard I needed to wait until my yearly contract is up. Xfinity told me mine is now disconnected and it's not. Peacock keeps directing me to Xfinity. Can someone please help? I need my Peacock account to be separated.
