Cancelling an Xfinity Plan is IMPOSSIBLE. This is ridiculous.

I'm leaving the city that I had my internet plan in and have been trying to get in touch with ANYONE at Xfinity for more than a week.
I NEED to cancel my internet plan as I will not be in the city anymore.
How can I do this? Why is there no option to do this yourself? Why does it take WEEKS to get it cancelled?

This seems like such a scam from a MASSIVE organization and CANNOT be legal.

It feels as though it's simply being dragged out another month so I'm forced to pay yet another overpriced $100 plan that I won't have used at all, and this is insanity to treat customers this way.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
