Cancelling a Technician Appointment

I am trying to cancel a technician appointment that i had scheduled but the issue resolved itself before the appointment.

The Xfinity assistant and our text option are great options to cancel an appointment most of the time, unless it is not one of our normal appointments. Have you already attempted to use the Xfinity assistant by chance?
