We cancelled our service on March 1st, but we still have service. We own all our equipment, and I do not want to be billed past our date.

@user_gy4kgt Thank you for reaching out to our community forum so we can make sure you're not being charged for service after the disconnect. When we stop billing, it's normal to have service for a few days while the change takes place in the system. I'm happy to check the order and make sure the billing stop date is listed correctly.
