Cancelled service

I cancelled my service and return my equipmemt 2 days ago 3/12/2026 but i can still log into my account online and it still show my upcoming payment. Do i have to make the payment? It show i have a payment on 3/21/2026. What do i do?

user_a85rfk Thanks for posting on our Forums. With disconnect orders, there are times when they are pending for a few days to provide additional time where services remain active as a courtesy. For the upcoming payment, the pending disconnect order would change the potential balance due (to have the account paid up to March 12th), so there shouldn't be anything you need to manually do. If there is still concern, our team can look into the account and verify the disconnect order for you. If needed, please send our team a direct message with your full name and address.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
