Cancelled Service
Have just been told at 7:00pm that my service is cancelled. How??? Who cancelled my service. And then no one is able to help me or talk to me about this??? I am very upset.

I wouldn't be too happy to get that sort of surprise either, so I totally get why you're reaching out. I'd love a chance to work with you and get to the bottom of this.
