Hi, SeanMcG89. Oh no! This is definitely something we want to take a look at! We should be able to help determine the cause and also help with a solution. Have you had a chance to check online to ensure the account is showing it's successfully canceled? We normally ask you for a specific end date on the service and then everything should automatically terminate. Did you receive a new bill for a full month of service, or is it a partial month?
