Cancelled Service and Did Not Receive Confirmation Email

I called on Monday April 21 to cancel my service and was told I would receive an email confirmation. It has now been 3 days since calling and I still have not received a confirmation of the cancellation in either my inbox or spam. Is there another way to check that this cancellation request actually went through? Or initiate a new request and have it backdated to April 21 when the initial request was made?

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
