Cancelled Comcast at my Florida address
On April 21, I placed my service on vacation hold, for 6 mos. I’ve been doing so for many years.
Apparently, when I called Comcast to verify, the service representative must have cancelled the status of vacation hold.
I paid a bill for $90.00 on May 1st and since realized that was an overcharge. I did not realize this overcharge of $90.00 until I received another bill for 74.00, due on June5th.
After an hour phone conversation with a representative and a supervisor, I did not receive any satisfaction! They said I couldn’t put my account on vacation, because I was only allowed 2 times a year! exactly! I never asked for it to be removed in the 1st place! I placed my account on vacation hold on 4/22 for 6 months!!!!
Because no one would rectify the issue, saying my account could not be placed on vacation until July!!! Therefore, I cancelled my account with Comcast as a customer since 2008. They simply say, “goodbye!”
What a way to conduct a business! No one available to help you above this supervisor!
No follow up with anyone! No wonder people are dumping Comcast! Word of mouth hurts businesses and you can be sure I would never recommend Comcast/Xfinity!
From an extremely dissatisfied customer!
