cancelled appointment

i had an appointment Tuesday the 22nd for pixelating tvs , you cancelled it and i don't know why, the problem is not fixed. i was also supposed to not let the tech go without having them bury the line. that couldn't happen since no one showed. 

i was also told i could get a credit for a $100 charge since the issue isnt fixed,

its impossible to get someone on the phone to discuss,
