Cancelled 10 DAYS AGO, called 3 TIMES - nothing happ

Cancelled Xfinity services 10 days ago and nothing updated on my bill or app - I called THREE times already, was promised it’s going to happen and NO email confirmations were sent, nothing. The customer service at Xfinity is a real joke- what [Edited: "Language"]does it take to cancel my service ? Are you guys joking ??? Can someone reach out to me and sort this out already ???

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
