Cancellation

Hi, I want to cancel my xfinity services. I called the customer service line yesterday, but never got a confirmation email that I canceled the service or how to return the router back to Xfinity and my bill is due at the end of the day. I unplugged the Xfinity router from the outlet and I’m no longer using it.

Once you return your rental equipment, the final bill will generate and will send by US Mail. The equipment can be returned to any Xfinity Store. Or you can visit the Digital Return Center at xfinity.com/returns and follow the on-screen steps for the device you'd like to return. We recommend saving your receipt for your records.
