cancellation

Hi, I have recently cancelled my subscription with you guys but I received a bill today for $326.

user_t1h024 I would check if the bill statement shows that it is a final bill and advise that the account has been closed on the first page. The final statement is mailed out to ensure it is received, since some access to the account online is limited once the account has been disconnected.
