Cancellation

Hello, I've moved out from my residence and no longer need my own internet service. Please cancel immediately. I just spoke to somebody and they confirmed but I received no confirmation and the accountt still looks active. Please cancel

Thanks for reaching out to us,  we do hate to lose you as a customer but we understand when you move and cannot take your Internet services with you.  Go ahead and send us a direct message including your first and last name please service address to get started

 

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
