Cancellation
@Xfinity Support Hello I would like to cancel all of my xfinity services as soon as possible. I tried to set up a call but the earliest I can get is August 4th but I cannot wait that long. Also, I do not have the time to go to the brick and mortar store because it closes before I get off from work. Can I cancel online through the website? If so, can I have someone walk me through it?

Hello, @User_MWAP our team can help. We'll just need to work in a direct message. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
