user_y82bor Thanks for reaching out to us for assistance with your request. We can help you make any changes you like to your account with us on this platform.
Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Please note, it is illegal in some states to allow indefinite subscriptions to be created through a website while not allowing customers to also easily cancel through the website (forcing them to speak with customer service exceeds those bounds). https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/cite/325G.60 Please search your own location laws, but if they require you to speak with a customer service rep to cancel you are within your rights to reach out to your Attorney General to pressure them to add a cancellation button on their website.
