cancellation

I'd like to cancel the seasonal plan I was put on since yesterday.  It did not make sense for me to pay additional $$ (although it may seem small) without any services.  I'd like to cancel it.  It did not give me an option to cancel it.  I have trying to speak to a few reps, and each time I was placed on a very long hold (hour long), but seems they had to transfer me again and again.

How to cancel the seasonal plan?

Now after another 2 hour call, they transferred me again and finally they told me that they could not cancel.  It is ridiculous!  They put me on this seasonal hold only yesterday late afternoon and they told me if I like to change or cancel it, I can do it nay time.  Now, so much pains and troubles to cancel it!!

It has been so difficult--extreme difficult. Why did you move me back to the internet plan, after remove my hold?  Please don't play dirty tricks with me.

I already disconnect my internet yesterday.  Then they put me this seasonal hold plan.  I don't want this seasonal hold plan.  No after many many many hours of talking to Xfinity reps, now, finally they removed me the seasonal hold. They put me back to the original internet plan.  That;s NOT what I want.

I want to cancel my internet service. period.  Please not to put me on this seasonal hiod plan,

Can you not to play tricks with me?

I don't need your service.  period!
