cancellation request
Hello, I'd like to cancel my Xfinity Internet service effective immediately as I've already switched to another provider. I do not want to discuss retention offers or have to have a phone call if possible as that is difficult with my schedule. Please confirm my cancellation date.

That can take a few weeks to arrive. Xfinity equipment can be dropped off at your local Xfinity store or UPS store. We wish you the best and hope to see you back again someday!

Hello @user_sgahya Thanks for reaching out to us here on Xfinity Forums. We can assist you with the cancellation request. In order to do this we need you to first send us a direct message with your full name and the service address.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
