Cancellation request

I received an email about a cancellation request that I did not make. My sister and I live on the same lot and share the same address except mine has the word rear in it. I do live in the back house on that lot. We both have separate accounts and services, I did not request to cancel my service she did because she is moving, but I received an email that my service is being canceled.
