Cancellation Request

Despite the fact that I did not request the cancellation of my internet service, I received an email about it! Please help! Thank you kindly!

Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?

Hello! What is the reason for this? I believed a cancelation request I didn't make had already been removed?
