Cancellation Request + Unable to schedule callback
Hi, I need to cancel my internet service. When I go on chat to request this, it directs me to schedule a callback. The callback link is repeatedly throwing an error that reads "We're having some trouble scheduling your callback. Try again or visit our support site for more help." The chat bot is giving me the runaround and is completely unaware of what I'm asking. I just want our services cancelled.

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
