cancellation request I never made

I received an email 3 hours ago saying that Xfinity received my cancellation request, but I never made one. It also says today is the last day of service, and I would really like the service to stay connected and uninterrupted. Please help.

Good afternoon @user_za5hj8. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.
