Cancellation request email when I didn’t cancel
Hi I’ve received a few emails saying “your xfinity services will be disconnected soon” when I did not initiate that at all. When I got the first email I thought it was probably a mistake email or a scam, but I’ve received multiple after that and now I’m worried for my account. I haven’t pressed or touch anything so I am a bit confused as to why it’s saying that. I don’t want my services cancelled so if someone could help me with that, that would be great!

@user_55d5cf This definitely isn't the experience we want for our valued customers and I'm happy to take a look at the account and see what's happening. To get started please send a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address.
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

I want to thank you again for being a valued part of our Xfinity family. I am thrilled that we were able to get this sorted out so you didn't have any kind of an interruption in service. Have a fabulous rest of your week and an amazing weekend!
