Cancellation Request date wrong
This morning, I received an email from you guys regarding a cancellation request with the last day of service being today. I am planning to move from my service location on July 14th and have already set up a move on the website to my new home. I really would not like to spend the next two weeks without internet while I live currently. Is this just a minor issue with the automated system putting the wrong date, or is it something be concerned over?
