Cancellation Request – Customer Currently Overseas – November 16
Dear Xfinity Support Team,
I am requesting assistance with cancelling my residential Xfinity internet service in San Francisco, effective November 16, 2026.
I will be moving out of my current residence on November 15 and relocating to a home where internet service is already established.
I am currently overseas in Dubai and expect to return to the United States around November 5.
Unfortunately, I have repeatedly attempted to contact a live representative through Xfinity Assistant, but the chatbot continually redirects me to its automated menu.
As I am unable to visit an Xfinity store or conveniently make international telephone calls, I would appreciate assistance from a customer service representative through private messaging.
Please help me schedule the disconnection for November 16, ensuring that service remains active through November 15.
I would also appreciate written confirmation of the cancellation date, final billing arrangements, and any equipment return requirements.
Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
Kind regards,
Steve

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
