Cancellation Order Pending for Weeks

I called and spoke to an agent about cancelling my services once I moved away from my address. I received emails that indicated that the cancellation request went through and services would be cancelled on the date that I designated, but weeks after, there is still a "pending order" on my account and I have received an upcoming payment for the next cycle. Please process my service cancellation so that I do not continue to get charged for services that I no longer need.
