Cancellation of equipment delivery
Hello, me and my partner recently moved into an apartment where internet and cable are provided. When we tried to set up our account they started a shipping order for the cable box and modem that come in our apartment unit, so we already have them. Is it possible to cancel the delivery?

Hello, @user_w1onrp how are you? Thanks for sharing what’s going on! It's great having you as a customer 😀 Your best bet is to call UPS. If the package status is not shipped they tend to be able to cancel it. After that you can cancel it at the door with the driver or send it back if it ends up being delivered. So, it depends on the situation. If you end up with extra equipment this article will help us return it and review all options. I hope this helps 👍
