cancellation horror
My parents have both recently passed away and I was left to close out their accounts across the board. While I've managed to cancel Xfinity online I'm hoping once the equipment is returned we'll get the appropriate refund. However in the meantime, my parents email is being spammed by Xfinity, offering up all kinds of offers and asking us not to cancel. This is not the only company that has done this same thing on an account that is being cancelled due to a death. It's horrific and unacceptable. Please wizen up Xfinity and stop offering promotions to DEAD people!!!

Xfinity equipment can be returned to any UPS Store or Xfinity Store. Customers can also visit our Digital Return Center at xfinity.com/returns and follow the on-screen instructions for the device you'd like to return to us. Even if you’ve already disconnected your account, you can still use the Digital Return Center - you just need your Xfinity ID and password. You can schedule an at-home pickup by initiating the equipment return at the Digital Returns Center, printing the UPS return label, boxing up the equipment and then calling 1-800-PICK-UPS to schedule the pickup.
