Cancellation help
I need to cancel my TV and phone packages since I moved from my TN house several days ago. I need to keep my internet until my house sells. I am told by chat persons that they are unable to do this for me via chat and I have not received either of 2promised calls back from someone who supposedly can cancel them for me. Someone please help!
