Cancellation from Abroad
I recently had to move out of the United States on short notice and therefore I was unable to cancel my internet service while I was in the US. I am currently abroad with seemingly no way to call or communicate with anyone about cancelling my service and I am still getting charged monthly payments. Is there a way to cancel my service online?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
