Oh dear, we wouldn't want to lose you as an Xfinity customer, what makes you consider a change to services today? Have you come across concerns with your current level of service that need to be addressed?

Cost is to high as I am a senior citizen.  Also I was without power for five days and didn't receive a discount for equipment that was not able to used.  A competitor offers a senior citizen discount.  Unless I can get a deep discount I will be cancelling so I will need to know if I owe any cancellation fees.
