Cancellation emails
Hello,
I know this maybe a subject that was talked about before but unfortunately I still can’t get a solution when calling to talk to someone about it because I’m told they can’t see it. I now have 2 separate accounts as a result of it. It’s a mess . One account is my tv box plan and the other is my internet. However, I am getting emails stating my Xfinity will be cancelled soon on the 15 th of June , with no information of what account it’s attached to and it’s saying I requested it and I didn’t . I just got this service. I hope someone can help … this has truly been a frustrating event. Thank you in advance.

Hello, @Kyshiaj23. I would love the opportunity to review these accounts and figure out if the emails you're receiving are legitimate, especially since you haven't placed any cancellation orders.
