Cancellation email

Why do I keep receiving cancellation emails when I didn’t request one?  I’ve ignored them until the last time when they actually canceled it, and I had to contact the live agent had it restored, but had to go to the Xfinity store to get a new modem since the old one stopped working when they cancelled it.

i just received another email, and not only I don’t want our service disrupted but want to make sure it will NEVER happen again! Please do something!!

Hello @user_iyrr5i I do understand how this can be a huge inconvenience, I will be more than happy to look over your account. Would you mind sending your name and address in a direct message?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
