Cancellation email
I currently have prepaid service, but I ordered a regular contact service tonight thinking that when the equipment arrives, I can just switch them with no interruption in service. I just got a cancellation email. I start a new job in two days and cannot have interruption in service. How do I fix this?

Hello, @user_dd04a4 thanks for being a valued customer. Prepaid service and residential service are two separate billing systems, so it is possible. I recommend calling our Prepaid team directly at 855-75-PREPAID or 855-757-7372 to make sure we keep your Prepaid account open long enough.
