Cancellation email
I received a cancellation email. I did not ask to cancel. Work from home and need internet! Is this spam? I can’t get ahold of anyone.

@user_31a2d4 It's easy enough to look at the properties/headers of the email to see what the origination address was. There are other threads reporting similar emails. Most likely phishing/spam. You could call Security Assurance at 888-565-4329.

The concern is not "networking" related @jav6joev @user_31a2d4
Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to actual Comcast employees for assistance.

Greetings, @user_31a2d4! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you received a cancellation notice you never initiated, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
If you could send our team a private message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
To send a Private Message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, and then type or select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live session.
