Cancellation email

I received a cancellation email. I did not ask to cancel. Work from home and need internet! Is this spam? I can’t get ahold of anyone.

@user_31a2d4  It's easy enough to look at the properties/headers of the email to see what the origination address was.  There are other threads reporting similar emails.  Most likely phishing/spam. You could call Security Assurance at 888-565-4329.
