Cancellation Email without Canceling

Hello,

I received an email titled “we received your cancellation request” but I did not make a cancellation request. I do NOT want to cancel my service. How do I talk to a real person about this?

Hello, user_mlhvel we can take a closer look at your account and make sure the account does not close. Just send us a direct message. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
