cancellation confirmation
I have cancelled the internet service under my name and account by Dec. 19th. It still shows an internet plan and future bill under my account. And I did not receive any confirmation of the cancellation. Can you confirm that the internet service under my account has been successfully cancelled and send me an confirmation if so? Thank you
