Cancellation and Payment

I cancelled my plan 2 months ago and still getting charged for a service I no longer use. I called customer service 3 separate times and each time they said they fixed it and a confirmation email was sent. I have yet to see this and still being charged the past 2 months. This is very concerning and quite frankly asinine to go through this. Fix it.
