Canceling Unlimited Data
Hello, I’ve spent the last 45 minutes attempting to cancel unlimited data. The first live chat agent I contactsd said they were in sales and gave me detailed instructions for accessing a live agent to handle my request. Alas, 20 minutes later the “Got it. I’ll put you in touch with a live agent now.” post has yet to connect me with a live agent.
I do not need the service. I understand I need to DM Xfinity Support through this forum, but I do not have that option.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
