Canceling Servive Because Xfinity Won’t Provide an Easy Way to Fix Problems

Going to withdraw the thousands of dollars we provide because Xfinity does not provide an easy way to resolve issues.  Impossible to speak to a person but their virtual assistant help is not designed to fix issues so you, the paying customer, is left in a no-win situation.
