Canceling services

I've been trying to cancel my services for almost two months now, since I don't have Xfinity and do not live where their services are. No matter how many times I try, and they say they will, I still keep getting bills. I'm sick and tired of this!

I have had many issues with this company! Never doinf what I ask, trying to get them to remove cable and then X1, and they didn't remove X1 no matter how many times I told them!

All I want is to cancle my services since I don't use xfinity anymore!
