Canceling service
Hello, I have tried to cancel my service since August 27. It’s now October 15. You’re still asking me for the equipment that I’ve already returned and provided you with the confirmation number four. You’re also still trying to charge me for add-ons that were on my account, apparently everything is in a different department and no agent talks to other agents and they literally make you jump through any hoop and every hoop imaginable just to cancel your service. You are locked in once you start with them. I’ve even moved out of the state and they don’t offer service in the state I moved to and they still try to make me keep my service. It’s unbelievable. I’ve done everything. I’m supposed to do to try to cancel my service yet. Xfinity will not allow it. They just need to keep me as a customer. It’s unbelievable. I have suffered so much stress from this simple process of being a great customer for six years and then just having to move where they don’t offer service and having to cancel yet, xfinity will not let me do it. They will not let me cancel. it was an emergency. I just had to move out of the state due to emergency and they still will not let me cancel the service. It’s absolutely absurd. No department knows what the other department tells you and you tell that to the representative and they give you the most plain Jane response over and over and over again stating you can’t talk to an individual that you’ve already talked to. You have to go through all of the Security steps each and every time I am an independent operator and I don’t have time for this. You have to call these representatives to get anything done, but yet none of them know what to do. It is absolutely absurd.
