Canceling service without phone call

I have moved abroad and need to cancel my service, I also consequently no longer have a phone number that can reasonably be called, and comcast does not operate in this country. As such, I just want to cancel, no talking to a person necessary. When I go to the page to cancel, it says "sign in here to cancel" I click that, sign in, and it sends me back to the same page. I have tried this on firefox, chrome and safari and either get a 404 error or similar.

I don't want upselling or some attempt at saving, as there is no service you can offer in the country I now reside in.

Thank you for reaching out to us @mbp973! We regret seeing you go, but completely understand your reason for needing to cancel services. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
