Canceling internet plan

Hello. I'm looking to cancel my internet plan and device as soon as possible. Any and all help would be much appreciated as the app nor the website were very helpful and instead kept giving me the run around on clear responses. Was hoping to find a quick and clear answer on how to cancel instead of dealing with the auto-generated responses that make no sense to the question that's being posed. Thank you.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
