Canceling early termination fee with miltary ordeds
I have contacted support 6 times with no help. When I canceled my service they did not say there was a cancellation fee or I was under contract. I have military orders I can send in to wave the fees. I have moved to an area that does not have Xfinity services. I am requesting the fee cancellation since it is already charged to my account with a full refund of my credit funds, due to military relocation exemption which is supported by federal law (SCRA). I need an email to send my orders to verify so I can get my money back. There should be a support number for military members this is sad. The only this it says it’s to do this post for it to be canceled.
